There is, clearly, a margin for error here given the techno-marvels of the age we’re living in, and the vast number of talented folks who are bringing said tech to bear.
However, this sure looks like the real thing to me. If it is, this is our clearest look yet at Ben Affleck’s Batsuit as seen in BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE (and possibly (??) in SUICIDE SQUAD as well if some rumors are correct).
These images come to us by way of batman-news.com, who in turn indicate that the pics emerged from an Argentinian entity called JPosters.
They claim it’s an exclusive, and say it was the photo that was used to create the IMAX poster.

Even if it’s not real, my hunch is this provides a very, very, very accurate sense of The Bat we’ll see when DAWN OF JUSTICE hits theaters next March.
