THIS Tweet from BBC reveals a new ‘monster’ as featured in the upcoming 9th Season/Series of DOCTOR WHO.
Although, I suppose one could argue that this looks more like an exo-suit of some sort? A robot guy, perhaps? It definitely looks like one of the Skylanders my 8 year old plays with…which isn’t meant to be an insult…because some of those guys are pretty damn cool.

Still no word on when the 9th Season/Series of DOCTOR WHO will transmit, although late Summer/early Fall would seem to be the safest bet. The bigger question I have is: what happened to the online, stand-alone(ish) episodes Moffat was teasing a while back? Will we see them closer to S9’s arrival? Or might the blathering of ding dongs like this guy be gumming the works somehow? Which I seriously, seriously doubt…
