Hey folks, Harry here... Personally, I dug the BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE teaser trailer nearly a year in advance of the film's release. Essentially, it is here to simply get across the message that SUPERMAN & BATMAN are going to meet, without the best intentions. The oppressive rain and atmosphere of fear... that just goes to illustrate to me, exactly how dark the night before the coming dawn will be.
I mean, no matter how brutal the BATMAN versus SUPERMAN battle will be - and exactly how much of the movie will even deal with that battle. Well, we're not entirely sure. We do know that there's a whole host of future Justice Leaguers in this film, we know that there's Lex Luthor doing his thing, and we know that this is all going to lead into JUSTIC LEAGUE and then we'll have all of these other DC properties hitting. We know that SHAZAM will be apart from these. At least that's the word right now. But surely we're going to be seeing, as all projects do, trailers that will share more and more about the story and scope of the film. Right now, it's teasing that rooftop battle that seems to be possibly the start of a serious smackdown. Can't wait to see it!
Now - we have teaser posters - again emphasizing the confliction of iconography that they want us all to be aware of. Message received, now - show us there's more than rollercoaster ride of EMO brutality. People need to know this will be something fun. Here's the two posters:
