Via Tim Veekhoven’s Twitter stream (and referenced by Indie Revolver) comes some sort of art for THE FORCE AWAKENS.
“This art is completely consistent with the look of characters I’ve seen…” [NEWLY UPDATED TO]: "I can absolutely confirm that these pieces of art are legitimate pieces of promotional art..." says IR. I can second this comment wholeheartedly. My belief is: this is the real deal. I'll let you know if I learn otherwise.
This feels very much like some sort of poster work, or postcard work, or something. It’s presumably from an upcoming merch release, but possibly related to the STAR WARS Celebration beginning in Anaheim today. Where, by the way, the thousands of people who began waiting in line yesterday afternoon for JJ’s panel…scheduled for this morning…were treated to pizza last evening. A kind and classy move….
