“Survivor” last Wednesday surged to a season high and emerged as the night’s top show. It even beat a Wednesday edition of another hit Mark Burnett competition, “The Voice.”
Conversely, with “Empire” on hiatus, “American Idol” may have last week hit its worst number ever. The show’s ratings have been plummeting since Simon Cowell ended his final season in 2010. Fun facts:
