‘I Do Not!! No!!’ Herc Endorses Tonight’s Final-Five JUSTIFIED!!

I am – Hercules!!

Justified 6.9 FAQ

What’s it called?
“Burned.”

Who’s responsible?
Teleplay is credited to Dave Andron & Leonard Chang & Jenny DeArmitt.

What says FX?
“Raylan and Boyd each test Ava's loyalty, and Markham's plans to win over Harlan go awry.”

How does it start?
The beginning is in the promo. “So this is all based on a hunch?” Rachel asks Raylan as Art looks on.

So Uncle Zacharia killed Boyd’s henchmen as a bargaining tactic?
It would seem. Recall that Ava warned of Zacharia not being right in the head.

So does Markham empty out that vault before Boyd gets into it this week?
This very issue is the topic of much discussion this week.

Did Tim Olyphant shoot Garret Dillahunt to death on “Deadwood” too?
I don’t remember it that way. In real life, Jack McCall was hanged for the murder of Wild Bill Hickok. Fictional geologist Francis Wolcott hanged himself after George Hearst learned of Wolcott’s bloodiest misdeeds.

Are Constable Bob, Elstin Limehouse, Loretta McCready or Dickie Bennett back this week?
The opening credits reveal Kaitlyn Dever tonight reprises the role of Loretta. She has a lot to do this week.

Does Sam Elliott’s character, pot king Avery Markham, bring in fresh muscle now that Ty Walker and Choo Choo are both dead?
There’s a talkative quick-draw aficionado from Colorado named (if my ears don’t deceive me) Boone. Boone’s one of the best things about tonight’s installment.

What’s doing with Wynn Duffy and Katherine Hale?
It’s a big episode for Wynn. And his tanning bed. Katherine has a memorable moment in the company of her fiancé.

The big news?
We learn a lot this week about what’s been going on all season. A lot.

What else is FX not telling us?
Brace for the fatality of another key character this week.

What’s good?
Boone. Tim Olyphant. Walton Goggins. Sam Elliott. The reveals. The menaces that greet Loretta. “I could sure use a new purse.” “I do not. No.”

What’s not so good?
For a while it appears we’re going to get a load of resolution to go with all the fresh revelations, but the episode ends with a thick lot of cliffhangers.

How does it end, spoiler boy?
It ends as it begins, with Rachel Brooks. “And to think there was a time when I was actually excited about having the big office,” she admits.

10 p.m. Tuesday. FX.
