Well, this is a surprise and a shock. Just kidding. Disney also announced today at their shareholder's meeting that FROZEN 2 is full steam ahead (see how I mixed hot and cold, together? Never mind.) with original directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck. John Lasseter said, "We enjoyed making FROZEN FEVER so much and being back in that world with those characters. Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck have come up with a great idea for a sequel and you will be hearing a lot more about it and we’re taking you back to Arendelle. We are so excited about that.”
Having seen FROZEN FEVER, and having loved FROZEN, I'm happy they are continuing the story. And since FROZEN practically invented its own currency, this is no surprise. FRONZEN FEVER, though? It's a lot of fun. It'll make a lot of people happy when they see it with CINDERELLA tomorrow. In the meantime, no release date as of yet for FROZEN 2.
