We’ve seen a bunch of character posters for INSIDE OUT, but this one rounds up all the emotions into one cute package that is sure to impress your children as they walk by it in the multiplex.
They’re certainly making Amy Poehler’s Happy out to be the star of the show, with her relatively normal flesh tones, central placement in the frame, and general positive attitude sticking her out among her four companions. Not a surprise, given Poehler’s level of fame and the idea that this is, you know, for kids, but I did think this was going to be more of an ensemble picture than this poster indicates. I at least hope Lewis Black's Anger gets his moment to shine; that's just genius casting.
I love that psychedelic background though. Kid-friendly and kitschy.
Can’t wait to see if Pixar knocked it out of the park with this one. You guys excited for this one or no?
