Here’s a brand new look at the Season finale of STAR WARS REBELS, transmitting March 2 on Disney XD.
Two things to ponder here:
*** this particular spot has a somewhat ‘embiggened’ sensibility which seems to inch the show closer to the scale of THE CLONE WARS series (it’s subtle - maybe I’m simply misreading the vibe), and
*** this episode will feature Darth Vader in some capacity. This isn’t entirely surprising given Vader’s presence in REBELS’ merchandising, and given that he was retconned into the show’s launch episode last year.
Here’s a look at what’s in store for us. No word on when Season 2 will find its way to our televisions and devices, although I believe they’re showing the first episode and a buncha material at STAR WARS CELEBRATION in April, so the next wave of eps is likely not too far off…
James Earl Jones returned to voice Vader in his first REBELS installment...
...no word yet on rather he’s participating this time around, although it would seem likely.
