“The Blacklist,” now following “The Slap” instead of “The Voice,” slipped to a personal low of 1.7. Its prior all-time personal low was a 2.3. I remind “Blacklist” fans the James Spader vehicle has already been renewed for next season.
With “Blacklist” diminished, the bottom fell out of “Allegiance.”
