Per the film’s official Twitter stream, we’re about a day away from getting our first long-awaited look at the POLTERGEIST remake which hits theaters July 24.
To get us ready for the big reveal, USA Today =has debuted the first substantive stills from the new picture, which is helmed by Gil Kenan . His work on MONSTER HOUSE was outstanding, although his subsequent CITY OF EMBER adaptation was not. Hopefully, we’ll get the MONSTER HOUSE Kenan this time around.
EVIL DEAD’s Sam Raimi and Robert Tapert are producers on this project.
