IndieRevolver says the figure to the left, below, is indeed ‘Kylo Ren' and even offers up a piece of ‘final’ production art of Kylo’s helmet looks like.

Via THIS Chinese website, as noted by the folks over at MakingStarWars, comes this look at action figure prototypes from STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS. These offer a nice sense of some of the film’s costuming.
The site conjectures that these represent the STAR WARS BLACK series of figures - which is a slightly more detailed and upscaled line than the traditional STAR WARS figure issuances. Unless a substantial overhaul of the franchise’s standard figure line is underway, which I doubt, I’d agree that we’re most likely looking at STAR WARS BLACK toys here.
From left to right, I’d say we’re looking at either Captain Phasma or Kylo Ren (I’m thinking Captain Phasma based on my understanding of that character, but I may well be incorrect), John Boyega’s Finn, Daisy Ridley’s Rey (although I suspect this prototype may feasibly represent a different female character), droid BB-8 (seen in the recent teaser), and Peter Mayhew’s Chewbacca.
