New pics have arrived from the GOOSEBUMPS movie, the adaptation of the popular horror series from writer R. L. Stine. Columbia has released a series of photos as a part of a Create a Meme contest, highlighting the various spooky characters we will be seeing in the film.
The adaptation seems to be taking the NEW NIGHTMARE approach with the plot, casting Jack Black in the role of the popular writer himself, who has been writing horror stories for kids as a means of trapping these monsters in the stories that he creates. Previously set to open in August of 2015, the film now seems to be slated for April, 2016.
