Today, we get the first in a series of character posters and spots for the various emotions of INSIDE OUT. We start out with Phyllis Smith's Sadness, who, with her big eyes, sullen face, round glasses, and oversized turtleneck, doesn't look that dissimilar to the actress voicing her. Love the look; they made Sadness so adorable you can't help but smile when you look at her. Such a perfect and Disney-like move.
We should get similar looks at the other emotions, including Joy (Amy Poehler), Fear (Bill Hader), Anger (Lewis Black) and Disgust (Mindy Kaling) pretty soon.
I think this is on all of our must-see lists for 2015 (along with a mess of other stuff), no?
