YESTERDAY brought us the above poster for EX MACHINA, a new science fiction/speculative fiction thriller from Alex Garland (28 DAYS LATER, DREDD, SUNSHINE).
Now comes the first trailer for the film, which is set to open February 23 in the UK and April 10 in the US.
HER? Not exactly, but it's tricky to escape that face-value comparison. This does look like it's grappling with some time-tested SF themes in some possibly interesting ways...which could be cool.
Parts or this trailer slightly remind me of BEYOND THE BLACK RAINBOW, although I’m not sure why I’m catching that vibe.
