This weekend brings us the second-to-the-last installment of DOCTOR WHO this Season/Series (discounting the Christmas Special which’ll transmit on Christmas Day).
The Powers That Be have issued some promotional material pimping the Doctor’s long awaited collision with “Missy.” Who is she? What is she? A good witch? Probably not. A bad witch? Most likely. A Cyber-lady of some ilk? Sure are a lotta tin can bastards lumbering around in these shots - but somehow Missy being a humanoid Cyberwoman doesn’t feel like it fits here. I’m thinking there’s more to this story, and we’ll find out soon enough…
I’m not sure what to expect from an episode for which an enticing sales point is...Danny Pink talking on his phone. But, that's mostly what he seems to do these days, so perhaps there weren’t many other Danny-centric images to choose from.
Dark Water transmits this weekend.
