The good news about “The Mike Tyson Mysteries”? Norm Macdonald plays a talking bird and makes the most of a lot of really lame patter. The bad news? Mike Tyson, who plays himself, could not sell a joke if his boxing career depended on it.

Greg Garcia’s “The Millers” lost a mammoth chuck of the “Big Bang” audience in its season premiere. The defections were no help to “Scorpion,” which matched its all-time personal low.
NBC’s “The Voice” and “The Blacklist” both hit new season lows last week.
“Castle” was the lowest-rated show on the Big Four last Monday.
