An very NSFW red band trailer has been released for THE INTERVIEW, and it is exactly what you need on a Monday afternoon.
The film is the latest from writing/directing team Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg. It tells the story of a pair of tabloid journalists who are recruited by the CIA to assassinate North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un during an interview. This new trailer spends some time explaining how that ridiculous set-up comes into existance in the first place.
Grab a coffee, kick back, be sure to put your earphones in, and enjoy.
As jazzed as fake Kim Jong-Un is about meeting Rogen and Franco's characters, that enthusiasm hasn't been duplicated in real life, with the movie already causing controversy overseas. Hopefully, North Korea will calm down a bit and realize it's all in good fun.
THE INTERVIEW hits theaters on December 25th.
