Bryan Fuller is the “Star Trek” writer who went on to create Showtime’s “Dead Like Me,” Fox’s “Wonderfalls,” ABC’s “Pushing Daisies” and NBC’s “Hannibal.” “High Moon,” his 2-hour Syfy pilot, arrives 9 p.m. tonight. If it’s as good as its script, which struck me as Kubrick’s “2001” crossed with “Pushing Daisies,” it’s wonderful.

The Dome never shrank in Stephen King’s novel. Will next week’s finale finally explain what’s going on with that thing?
