USA announced Friday that its Matthew Bomer vehicle “White Collar” will be wrapping up earlier than expected.
Originally set to launch next year, the six-episode final season will now conclude this year following a Nov. 6 launch.
The series, which I will always remember mostly as a small-screen homage to Steven Spielberg’s excellent “Catch Me If You Can,” follows a con man who fights crime with the FBI man who put him in prison.
“This season will not disappoint, with an exciting and shocking ending that fans will never forget.” noted USA Network president Chris McCumber.
