Herc's GOTHAM Screener Came In A Nifty Package!! Look!!

I am – Hercules!!

Though I've reviewed hundreds of Fox pilots before they aired, someone just claimed I never received a "Gotham" screener to review.

Go through that guy's otherr comments and learn that he's really REALLY wrong on just about everything, including the economics of this site.  Just the same, it occured to me that I could prove him wrong and give everybody else a look at the cool package my "Gotham" screener came in!

The image on the box it shipped in (above my poodle) depicts Oswald Cobblepot's umbrella.  Though the pilot gives us glimpses of Edward Nygma and Selina Kyle, and possibly the future Joker and the future Poison Ivy, it's The Penguin who gets the most screen time.

The box within the box looks like a foot locker or maybe a weapon case.

Open the inner box and discover James Gordon's badge and Cobblepot's umbrella next to the screener.

Well, it could be the Penguin's umbrella if it didn't have these logos on it. (Note the poodle's chagrin.)

A closer look Gordon's badge, which I'll produce from inside my wallet next time the neighbors get too noisy.

And look!  The screener!  (Fox also emailed a link to an online screener I could watch on a computer, always useful when tasty swag like this gets "lost" in the mail.)

"Gotham," from "Rome" mastermind Bruno Heller, is the best fall pilot I've seen this year. It arrives on Fox Sept. 22.
