According to his co-writer, Nicole Perlman, James Gunn has been tapped to write and direct the follow-up to GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY.
I'd expect this to be one of the three 2018 releases Marvel has set dates for.
If you had any doubt that this movie was good, or at least rife with potential, this should finally squash 'em, no?
Marvel's panel should reveal much more tomorrow. Stay tuned.
GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY finally wows us next Friday, August 1st.
