Kacey Rohl, the fabulous young actress playing Jenna Engel on NBC’s wacky new lawyer sitcom “Working The Engels,” also played Abigail Hobbs – a young woman with a much darker history – on NBC’s “Hannibal.” She was also Rosie Larsen’s best friend Sterling Fitch in the first two seasons of AMC’s “The Killing.”
“Engels,” created by “Miss Congeniality” writer Katie Ford, is not getting great reviews.
“Think of this as a very, very poor woman’s ‘Arrested Development’,” says Variety of “Engels,” “and as thematically tired as a half-hour comedy can get.”

“Big Brother” was again top show last Thursday (leading among generally depressed holiday-eve numbers).
“Undateable,” the latest from Bill Lawrence (“Scrubs,” “Cougar Town,” “Surviving Jack”) finished its season at a series low of 0.6. That’s probably way too low for NBC to renew it even as a summer show.
