The current season of “Game of Thrones” has overtaken the 2002 season of “The Sopranos” to emerge as HBO’s most popular of all time.
Which I reckon makes “Thrones” the most popular in all of pay-cable history.
This Sunday’s episode, “The Watchers On The Wall,” is expected to focus exclusively on Jon Snow, his fellow Watchmen and those who menace them. “The Children,” the June 16 fourth-season finale, should reveal what’s next for Arya Stark, Jorah Mormont and Tyrion Lannister.
HBO has already renewed “Thrones” for fifth and sixth seasons. I do believe it is now my favorite series of all time.
