If you find yourself in a slump after the mid-season finale of MADMEN, this may help. Creator Matthew Weiner has a new film opening this summer (his theatrical debut, in fact), and the first trailer has been released.
The film stars Zach Galifianakis as a man who inherits the family fortune and estate after his father suddenly passes away. He enlists the help of his longtime friend (Owen Wilson) for moral support in the wake of the news, and as he goes in to do legal battle with his sister (Amy Poehler), who was left out of the will.
The film received mixed reviews when it played at TIFF, but word is that it has been reworked since its debut. ARE YOU HERE opens in theaters and on VOD on August 22nd. What do you guys think?
