Longtime fans of “Louie” invite spoiler peril if they do not tune in live for the second of two new episodes of the FX sitcom airing tonight. Not only does it boast a hilarious return appearance by Dr. Bigelow (embodied so expertly by comedy god Charles Grodin), but it’s one of the biggest episodes for the title character in the series’ history.

The second night of “24: Live Another Day” fell hard, but nowhere near far enough to kill the franchise. Ratings for future episodes will determine if Fox wants to continue “24” in some form beyond this year.
