Driven by the combined superstar power of Jennifer Lopez and Ryan Seacrest, “American Idol” fell to a new all-time personal low of 1.5 last Thursday. Fox just ordered a 2015 season, and I'm guessing are currently negotiating a huge pay cut for Ryan Seacrest.
“Surviving Jack,” from the creator of “Shit My Dad Says,” airs its finale tonight and will not be back next season with its string of 1.0s -- though it’s not doing considerably worse than already-renewed “Mindy Project.”
CBS’ “Bad Teacher” ratings kind of fell off a cliff last week. ABC’s “Black Box” isn’t doing any better.
