Those who saw THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 this weekend may’ve noticed the very awkward mid-credits drop in for X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST roughly half-way through the picture’s closing credit sequence.
This wasn’t some bold cross-connect between the Sony Marvelverse and the Fox Marvelverse - instead, it’s more of an ad featuring a quick scene from the DOFP movie which opens May 23.
