Bad Robot’s robot drama “Almost Human” will not be back next season, according to a Deadline Hollywood exclusive.
Its ratings over its 13 episodes were arguably better than, or equal to, a number of series that got early renewals.
The fact that the series is produced by Warner Bros. (and not Fox) may account for its cancellation. “The Mentalist,” which does better than a lot of CBS shows, may not be back next season for the same reason.
