Universal has released two new totally inappropriate red-band trailers for their highly-anticipated summer comedy, NEIGHBORS. There is a good amount of new footage between the two of them, with some really fantastic moments from Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Dave Franco. The war betwen the young and cool, and the old and lame (though, I would probably never go so far as to call Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne either of those things), never really ends, but here, we see it hit new lows.
NEIGHBORS debuted huge at SXSW last month, and will finally be making its way to theaters on May 9th.
