The first trailer for the upcoming remake of ANNIE has been released:
Okay, so who wants to try to give us a logical explanation as to what the hell Cameron Diaz is doing in this trailer? It was hard to watch and I normally am okay with Diaz but she was acting like they had just picked her up off of the street. Beyond that, the auto-tuned songs are a disgrace and Jamie Foxx looks to just be playing himself. I was a big fan of Quvenzhane Wallis’ performance in BEASTS OF THE SOUTHERN WILD though, and she is certainly the best part of this trailer so there is something to look forward to.
ANNIE opens December 19th, 2014.
