Tonight’s “Parks and Recreation” (8:30pm NBC) is not only the series’ first new episode since November, it’s also the franchise’s 100th installment and hails the return of “Her” star Chris Pratt. NBC says of “Second Chunce”:
Leslie comes to terms with her last day in office and plans for the future with Ben. Chris and Ann find out the sex of their child, Andy comes home from London, and Tom looks to the future.
