I don’t believe I’ve seen a movie comedy this year that made me laugh as much as “Spoils of Babylon,” the fast-approaching Funny Or Die series from the guys behind “Casa De Mi Padre.” It stars Will Ferrell, Kristin Wiig, David Spade, Jessica Alba, Tim Robbins, Val Kilmer, Michael Sheen, Haley Joel Osment, Tobey Maguire and the voice of Carey Mulligan.
IFC, which begins airing the project Jan. 9, just made available behind-the-scenes featurettes that make plain the hellish conditions under which “Spoils” was forged:
