When FIFTY SHADES OF GREY was announced to be released on August 1st, 2014, it seemed like great counter programming to GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY which is coming out on that same day. Damn the potential of that awesome double feature though, as Focus Features and Universal have announced that FIFTY SHADES OF GREY will now open on February 13th, 2015. We will all now have to settle for the double feature of FIFTY SHADES and SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS 2.
