12 YEARS A SLAVE has been building some serious buzz over the past few weeks, making it one of the most highly anticipated films of the fall. And it's no wonder - a historical and inspirational tale that examines a dark chapter of our country's history being directed by Steve Mcqueen and starring about a gazillion really awesome and talented actors? Hells yeah!
This new clip seems to take place shortly after Solomon Northrup's (Chiwetel Ejiofor) abduction, and shows him discussing his new situation with fellow captives played by Michael K. Williams (THE WIRE) and Chris Chalk (HOMELAND, THE NEWSROOM).
12 YEARS A SLAVE opens in limited release on October 18th. It co-stars Michael Fassbender, Paul Giamatti, Brad Pitt, Benedict Cumberbatch, Sarah Paulson, Paul Dano, Quvenzhane Wallis, Scoot McNairy, Garrett Dillahunt, Alfre Woodard, and Dwight Henry.
