A rarity: ABC offered last Tuesday (instead of Saturday) the network premiere of “Iron Man 2.” Of course everyone already saw it on Blu-ray and/or pay cable a long time ago and it only scored a 1.2 in the key demo. Still, it beat NBC’s “Million Second Quiz,” which turned out to be no “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” in the ratings.
“New Girl” and “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” led all of TV last Tuesday, but “Dads” did less well and “The Mindy Project” squandered its huge “New Girl” lead-in.
Faced with increased competition from sister channel Fox, FX’s “Sons of Anarchy” slipped from its all-time high, but was still easily cable’s top show last Tuesday.
