I confess I got a little teary two Sundays ago when Jane Fonda’s Leona Lansing announced she was accepting no resignations. Tonight and next week we get to see what happened the night Mitt Romney learned the polls that had him ahead were not the most accurate of polls.
“It’s official. #Newsroom coming back for a Season 3," Jeff Daniels tweeted on Tuesday.
“We are excited about proceeding to a Season 3 and are continuing our conversations with [series mastermind Aaron Sorkin] about schedules,” HBO announced the following day.

* Hutt-like redbeard Spencer is the new Head of Household.
* Spencer nominated McCrae – the only member of the house not in the Exterminator Alliance – and GinaMarie.
* McCrae won the Power of Veto competition, which he’ll use to pull himself off the block and secure a place in the final four.
* Which means the Exterminator Alliance will turn on itself a week earlier than planned. Either Andy, Judd or GinaMarie will be going to jury this week.
* McCrae and Spencer would be wise to keep GinaMarie in the house. No woman has won Big Brother while seated next to a male in the final two.
