John Ary here with another installment of Super-Powered Cinematics. Today, we're looking at one of the greatest superhero team-ups ever caught on film.
No, I'm not talking about Batman and Robin, The Avengers, or that time Daredevil represented The Incredible Hulk in court. Rather, I'm referring to the event that united Captain America and famed luchador Santo together to stop an evil, ruthless, deadly, masked man. That man, dressed in blue and red, is of course the world infamous Spider-Man, practitioner of one of the deadliest global art schemes of all time.
Armed with an army of lookalikes, two hungry ferrets, a switchblade and a group of dolls that seem to come alive when he has sex with his girlfriend, Spider-Man is not a villain to take lightly. Let's go back to 1973, when Turkey attempted to put all three of these superstars together in one action-packed movie with the most awful of results.3 Dev Adam is currently available on Amazon, but you may also be able to find a copy of it streaming on YouTube. So who do you think would win in this awful Turkish triple threat match of terrible? Santo? Cap? Spider-Man? Please leave your comments along with suggestions about which live-action super-hero movie or TV show deserves the Super-Powered Cinematics treatment next.
