Tonight we see what happened during the Thursday commercials that led to Judd Daugherty’s sudden and shocking eviction from the “Big Brother” house. Watching the subsequent live feeds, one senses the affable 26-year-old Tennessee property appraiser was jettisoned solely because houseguests believed he was the secret MVP who nominated motormouth realtor Amanda Zuckerman for eviction. (Fans however, know that viewers nominated Amanda; Judd never had MVP power!)
The tears in the eyes of the houseguests as they voted to evict their friend speaks the amazing persuasive power of hot, personable 37-year-old house elder Helen Kim, who works as a political consultant in the real world and demonstrates a remarkable faculty for lining up votes. Her gift for coalition building is so strong she even managed to make allies out of former archemenies She’s so good at consolidating voter power that no one dares move against her – out of fear of Helen’s proven ability to mount devastating retaliation.
Helen is also smart to slowly but carefully winnow almost all the male contestants out of the house; in 15 seasons, no woman has ever won the game while sitting next to a man in the final two.
