John Ary's Super-Powered Cinematics: JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA (1997)!!

John Ary here with another installment of Super-Powered Cinematics. Super Powered Cinematics Logo Today, we're traveling to the nondescript city of New Metro, home to a team of superheroes clad in bright colors and embroiled in their own everyday boring problems. It is here where we find their leader, a green, shape-shifting, overweight alien who lives in the team's secret underwater headquarters. They must work together to battle a fiendish meteorologist who refers to himself as The Weatherman. This is the setup for a TV pilot from the late 90's that thankfully never aired on American television.

Meet TV's Justice League of America.

That wraps up our first five episode run of Super-Powered Cinematics. I'm not sure when or how often, but we'll definitely produce more hero-centric vids in the future. I would love to hear your suggestions about the films and TV shows that you would like to see featured on upcoming episodes. Leave them in the talkbacks below or hit me up on Twitter (@john_ary).

Also, be sure to subscribe to the AICN YouTube channel for more videos. In case you missed any of the episodes from earlier in the week, here's the links: Japanese Spider-ManNick Fury: Agent of SHIELDThe Return of Swamp Thing, and Robo Vampire
