HANNIBAL Set Pics w/Clarice, Hannibal & Ridley!!!
Hey folks, Harry here. For these latest photos from Washington D.C. special agent Helgi Helgason in Iceland managed to capture via an Icelander spy going by the name of Asgeir Sigfusson to track down Hopkins, Julianne Moore and Ridley Scott himself. Check out Helgi's site and remember... The world is watching out for us film geeks!!!
Hi Harry!
I operate a movie-related website here in Iceland (KVIKMYNDIR.IS)
and I just received some photos taken by an Icelander living in the States,
his name is Asgeir Sigfusson. The photos are from where they were shooting
Hannibal in Washington DC recently. You can see Anthony Hopkins, Ridley
Scott and Julianne Moore on them. I don't know if you're interested in this
but I thought I'd send it your way anyway.
Best regards,
Helgi Páll Helgason

Hey folks, Harry here. I just checked Coming Attractions and noticed that these pics were sent from Asgeir to them on June 19th. Unfortunately I did not read that update. And apparently he sent them to my source as well. However, while I was at Coming Attractions, I noticed they have a great deal of wonderful updates on the film. So go check em out.

Loookie lookie, Twin Clarises!! MMMMM double Julianne Moore.....theres a spank fantasy for all ya geek boys!!!
-
It looks like the shoot-out scene from the beginning of the novel, perhaps; where Clarice shoots a female drug dealer...?
-
Actually, it looks like three Clarices: J, stunt double and stand in...
-
I think these very same photos have been on Coming Attractions for over a week. But they still look good.
-
I don't want to rub any salt into any wounds, but I had about given up on AICN providing any info on Hannibal.. er, these photos have been on Coming Attractions WITH commentary for a couple of weeks. How about getting a spy in there Harry? After all you gave us the first script reviews, keep it up my man.
Julianne looks great especially in triplicate. Anthony looks macho mean. I'm thrilled. Where's Ridley? -
Im pretty sure it is the bloke in the grey jumper with the beard yes?
Funny isnt it? he looks like someones dad yet he is responsobile for one of the most memorable SciFi films ever. -
Look, I come to this dite because it's fun and easy to explore. Ilove movies but I don't want to search 8,000 sites in search of info. I love reading about Harry's chances to attend screenings and other's set visits because it's every film geek's fantasy come true. This site is about the love of new films and not about complete serious coverage of all things film. I like this site for that. Films are not a cure for cancer or the search for world piece. They are basically a diversion from the every day grind for most people. This site treats them as such while also complementing the artistic integrity of a movie when deserved. If you don't like it, don't visit this site or send any "scoops". If you do send "scoops", don't feel this gives you free reign to go balistic when you feel the need. That's just immature. Your the same people that criticize Talkbacker's spelling. Lighten up, you'll live longer.

The gentleman in the light gray sweater is 1st Asst. Director Terry Needham.

Film Threat is one of the worst movie publications around. It's bitter, cynical, long winded and elitist, just like that asshole's post.
-
You fucking asshole, publish your damn term papers somewhere else!!!! Jesus, what the hell has happened to Talkback that I get America-bashing in one and Harry-bashing in another? Go to another fucking site if you don't like Harry. God DAMN it.
-
Bravo, Hary's_a_ hack! Although I think it was unnecessary to post your ENTIRE diatribe in this forum -- the high points would have sufficed -- AICN has stolen "scoops" from other sites far too often and taken credit for being first. I have no objection to information being cross-posted on multiple sites, but for Chrissake, Harry, give credit where credit is due.

Never before have I read so many words written about nothing. WHO CARES
-
Not to mention rude. The subject of this thread is "Hannibal". The host of this forum is Harry. We know what fate Dr. Lecter reserves for the rude don't we? Isn't it incredible how the internet makes anyone who knows how to type think they can bore the rest of the world with their angst-ridden jealousy?
Tsk, tsk. Lobotomize him. -
I'd be happy if you devoted this whole site just to Hannibal coverage for the next couple of months. And more pictures of Julianne too. There's actually a whole bunch of pictures that have shown up on different websites. If you want to keep tabs on what's happening across the web, I'm keeping up with it on my Hannibal site, http://

PLEASE JOIN THE CRUSADE! Every chance I get I'm going to ask Harry to limit the length of "Talkback" posts. This is getting waaaaaaay out of control. One of the guys in this talkback actually referred to his post as an "article." Wanna post an article on AICN? Send it to Harry, THE PERSON WHO RUNS THIS SITE, and see if he posts it. Otherwise, keep your overly-verbose, senseless ramblings to yourself. If limiting the length of posts is possible, Harry, PLEASE DO IT! And if any of you out there agree with me, LET HARRY KNOW!
-
Who cares if he steals scoops!! You're still getting the news all in one place. There are no ethics in the press(not that Harry is the press). This site is for entertainment and information. You idiots typing in term papers are probably competitors who are jealous of his success and superiority. You've got to bash him, now. Film Threat is crap, and so are you. He is enthusiastic about movies. You are all snooty jackasses.
And yes I am a jackass!!!! -
This site is all about the opinions of fans.If i wanted only reliable information or the movie review of some dyed in the wool stuffed shirt "film critic" I'd read the New York Times. I could give a shit less how many goodies Harry gets or from whom. His reviews are usually right on the money.I don't expect total accuracy on the stories hell a bunch of the stuff on here is made up bullshit just to get the fans response.Thats what makes Harry a genius and this the best movie site on the web.Its run by fans for fans and the fans actually get to participate.Fuck Filmthreat and all the rest of the second rate New York Times wannabees. This site has never to my knowledge claimed to be the second coming of "60 Minutes."And if Harry's getting all the freebees and all the publicity and most of the internet traffic then maybe how you got from the airport to the theater is interesting to more of us than you might think.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK HARRY FUCK EM IF THEY CAN"T TAKE A JOKE!

Having read the book twice, and having museums of memory like the cannibal himself, I do believe the only shots like this, in that kind of an outdoor setting, could come from when Hannibal is abducted, however, I see Moore holding a gun, and in the book her piece was taken by this point. But they made big changes in the screenplay so . . .
I love Julianne Moore, I just hope she proves adept with action, since there should be way "more" in this one than SOTL (I make zee little joke). -
I think that he's in the background, right-center of the guy w/ the grey beard. (W/ blond curly hair) If it matters to anyone...
-
*Love* the red-heads with guns, even if they are just stunt doubles.
*Hate* the old geezer who's supposed to be frightening. He's practically ready for the retirement home. Yet they're casting him in yet another stupid movie about biting people's faces off. I'm willing to believe it when Alien does that, but not when an overwrought, elderly English actor does it. The ego of the aging male star knows no bounds. Let's just hope he doesn't break his hips. -
I was in Union Station, Washington DC when "Hannibal" was filming. Julianne Moore was filming a sequence in which she chases Hannibal Lecter into a mall photo booth only to find he's not there. My cohort and I stood on the sidelines of all this for about an hour, during which time approximately two takes were completed. Anyway, an extra came over and chatted with us for a few minutes- long enough to say that although Anthony Hopkins is a nice guy, Julianne Moore is "a real bitch."

You two slay me with laughter!!!!
Lets see...Seward is obviously yet one of *many* A.H.'s scorned women. Which is not suprising....lol And KittyKitty sure do sound like Da Man himself?!! LOL He generally goes psycho when he reads that kind of stuff about himself...Ya know, being a old geezer, etc. It's definetly an EGO problem. Keep it up...I need a few chuckles now and then. Cheers :) -
too many fava beans with those livers, dude. Human asses must be higher in cholestorol then we originally thought. . .
