Harrison Ford in a James Cameron directed ALIEN VS PREDATOR film'
Hey folks, Harry here... Seems this fella sent this to pretty much all of the sites online, though mine was personalized (as I'm sure so were the others.) Mass emailings of rumors to multiple sites at the same time... well, they just feel orchestrated and unreal. When 4filmmakers.Com posted that first update to the project as being Cameron produced... My Cameron sources would not back it up. From best that I can tell, James has been meeting with creative types from the Manga world and putting together a ton of DARK ANGEL episodes as fast as possible, while continuing to hammer at the MARS tv thing and IMAX thing. Rumor has it that Morgan and Wong (you know who they are) have been working on the script for ALIEN VS PREDATOR, but... again... noone has seen it. As for Harrison Ford... well, he does seem to be making room for something... but ya know... God... this just seems way too good to be true. It's unconfirmed and pure unadulterated RUMOR... But damn... don't it just make your brain fire in geeky cool colors? It does mine....
Harry,
Got a major scoop for you guys. I work for FOX's
(BLANKED OUT FOR PROTECTION) and the suits have been quietly
talking about how they plan to ressurect the ALIEN
franchise.
Word here has it that James Cameron's next feature
will be ALIEN vs. PREDATOR. People here have been
saying that Jimmy boy has been quietly telling
associates that he wants to work with Harrison Ford
and this will be the picturein which they finally team
up. Fox REALLY wants to put this baby on the fast
track for a late 2001 release to hold us over until
Episode II comes out.
This information may seem highly unlikely to some but
Cameron has been itching to do a complex action film.
Also 4filmakers.com has this film as in development
with Cameron as producer.
Mabor
Harry here... just so you folks know... the above was sent in at 11:06am yesterday. I didn't read it till tonight as I was out all day and night (private stuff and a shitty movie called WHIPPED). However, the 'scoop' about this first appeared at 3:54 eastern time on FilmForce, but the RUMOR was stolen by nobody... Sources often times send emails to multiple places... Remember how Stax would post his reviews here, Dark Horizons and Coming Attractions.... and I'm sure other places as well before finding a home with IGN? Smilin Jack Ruby does the same thing. AB KING does the same thing. Lots of people do. Mabor did as well. Also, Nick from Chud says that 3 days ago he ran this rumor, so most likely that's where it started. It should also be noted that Nick also feels this rumor is most likely shite... but... heheheh... I was convinced forever that the whole Edgar Allan Poe/Michael Jackson thing was pure rumor... till the official press release... point is... weird shit happens...

Erm this just sounds too good to be true so it probably isn't, not the Harrison Ford bit anyway.

Harrys jsut stolen filmforces story and made up a letter to pretend it was his scoop. What a fake! Harry's just going downhill fast.
check it out...

No no no. This guy has it wrong. It doesn't involve the Predator whatsoever. Is the world ready for 'ALIENS vs. BOB FALFA'? Man, I am.

For the record, and it isn't a big deal because I think the rumor is bogus:
CHUD ran the story 3 days ago: http://www.chud.com/news/june00/jun13avp.php3 did a follow-up 2 days ago: http://www.chud.com/news/june00/jun14avp.php3 and another yesterday about this story so it didn't surface yesterday.
IGN Movies ran the story before FilmForce and credited CHUD. Granted I don't know if I want credit because it sounds like pure shite. - Nick Nunziata -

You know this is the work of some lonely fanboy who never leaves the house. If he didn't have a computer to send out bogus emails, he'd be making prank phone calls. If I send out mass emails announcing how Robert DeNiro and Christina Ricci are in talks to do John Woo's "I DREAM OF JEANNIE" would you print that too? AICN loses a couple of credibility points every time you print something like this, regardless if you preface it with a disclaimer stating " It's unconfirmed and pure unadulterated RUMOR" or not. You still printed it and every time you print unconfirmed rumors from strangers, it stains your other scoops. It's like reading a newspaper and coming across a story about Elvis and UFO abductions next to a real story about a local politician. The Elvis/ UFO abduction story makes the whole newspaper look bad and as a result casts doubt on all the other stories and articles. This is a good opinionated website filled with lots of insider info. Don't fuck it up.
-
Certain "scoops" really do need to be filtered out. They cheapen the overall effect

Nice follow up on this rumor, Harry. That's what I like to see. You posted the original rumor, you commented on it, you gave us as much background as possible about where it came from, you followed up on it, you told us your opinion on it's validity (or lack thereof) and you put it up for the readers to judge for themselves. That what this site is all about! I love it! The guy sounds like a fake though (that last sentence of his makes the whole thing seem fishy and makes him sound like an online fanboy trying to pull a fast one). *** Change of topic: A love the new animation! One of the first cinema icons of sciencefiction -- and animation. Melies would be proud! -- Nick

by philamental
I mean, is that a direct result of the Jimmy Smitts/Coming attractions fiasco or what!?? The way he explained that this time the mail was addressed to him personally and how he assumed other sites got the same treatment.. it made me smile!!! As for the rumour of AvP. It's bullshit, it's gotta be! It's too perfect and it's come out of nowhere. I'd be happy if the movie was made by anyone with any star. The two names mentioned would be great because it would guarantee the necessary finances would be available. (unless HF and JC took up all the budget themselves) Still I hope this movie gets done but dont' believe this rumour for a second. BTW if France, Holland, England, Portugal and Spain, all win their next matches... I win a grand!!! Come On All of The Above!!!!!!

Exhibit A: What foolish Talkbackers say: "Duuh, hey Harry, this story already run on filmforce and duuuh, CHUD too, and it's probably bullshit... oh and my parents were siblings...." Exhibit B: What Harry is too chicken to say in return: "I FUCKING SAID THAT, you dickless homo illiterates! It's right there on the top of the page, Christ do you golems use a single brain cell before you post or do you just bang your retard fingers against the keyboard??! Youre restating what I JUST SAID! And insulting me with it??! I bring you reviews, and advance news, WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT FROM MY FAT, MUSHY BODY?? Blood? Semen? BONE MARROW? Stop using up my oxygen!! Quit breathing! Die! "Cameron has been itching to do a complex action film". Umm, what about Aliens, T2, True Lies, (and, in a sense, Titanic)? What about his saying that he's tired of that sort of thing and wants to grow as a director? All right, I don't think he used the word "grow". (Maybe if he grew up personally, he would stop marrying beautiful, intelligent women, cheating on them and then dumping them.) Even these Mars projects don't necessarily change his above sentiment. Anything's possible, and he might do this Aliens vs. Predator thingie with Ford, but it sounds fishy.
-
Guys,
Harry added to his article as a response to my talkback (thanks, by the way!). Just so you don't think I'm 100% certifiable.

Why do you even publish such obvious crapola?

Hold on, let me just call hell, nope ski season hasn't started yet. Utter bullshit, Harison Ford in a Aliens vs Predator movie is about as likely as England actually winning a game of football...

Which item is deadlier?
a.) The Predator Shoulder Fired Energy Weapon
b.) The Alien Extendable Incisors
c.) The Ford Finger of Doom -
This would be one of the best action movies ever made!!! But, I just can't make myself believe that it's true. If it said JUST JC or JUST HF was making AvsP... THEN I might buy it. But they'd never get both those names on a cheesy action/sci-fi like that! -- Oh well, I'll keep my fingers crossed anyway.
-
Cameron will probably just shake his head when he hears this rumor. The main reason for this is that he recently expressed his aversion for doing any more films with characters that other people have created. In order for this fabricated rumor to be "good", it would at least have to have been in line with the comments he's made in the last 6 months...

Join me! We must bite the hand that feeds us! We must attack Harry constantly, and criticize his every decision! Who knows how to run Harry's website better, us or Harry? And we want confirmed rumors, dammit! Stuff that has been publicly put in print! Stuff that has already appeared on Entertainment Tonight! If it hasn't been published in Movieline magazine, then what is the purpose of reading it? Why is this gossip/rumour site giving us unsubstatiated gossip and rumours? We must vote to ban Harry from his site, and then from this point forward, only read the entertainment news in the Parade section of every Sunday paper! Then, and only then, will we fanboys truly reach the apex of being the informed cinematic insiders that we all slobberingly desire to be! Let us unite in how smart we are and how dumb Harry is! Kumbaya, my geeks, Kumbaya . . . P.S. For any of you eight-year-old talkbackers out there who still haven't grapsed the concept of sarcasm, either shut the fuck up or get the fuck out. Some of us happen to like how Harry runs his site. Leetle beetches.
-
Wow Harry for president! I know he's had bad scoops in the past, but he will be laughing all the way to the bank if Harrison Ford is in the possible Alien - Predator movie. Hey Danny Glover was a good actor and he was in P2, so before we shoot Harry down let's see what happens...
-
Like this will ever happen. I believe there will be another Alien movie. But Ford? No. I would love it, it would be great. As long as he is able to go back to the way he was. I still think the guy is great. I do think his style of acting has changed ALOT as of late. I do believe though that the man can do whatever he chooses. Hell, if I had the ability to do the stuff he does, I would. I think he is one of the more daring actors out there. He doesn't stick to a type for too long. I like him. But he will never do this. That would be like Travolta making a really big and really bad Sci-Fi film. Hmmm? What was that? Oh lord, are you kidding? Nevermind. I have noticed also as of late, we have alot of Brits and Europeans here don't we. I know not a damn thing about your football. Ours in the states sucks. Football, not soccer. I am a huge White Sox fan, and they had better beat the snot out of the Yankees and Indians for the rest of these series! Anybody out there wish to join in on that.
-
There is no way in hell that these 2 guys would ever agree to work with each other. I worked with Ford on 'Fugitive', and Cameron on 'True Lies', 'T2 3D' and Titanic. The 2 biggest ego's in Hollywood would not do that to themselves. They would be at each others throats by page 4 of the 1st readthrough.
-
Yep, MONTHS ago I sent Harry an email, explaining about how I saw a guy w/ a longsleeve T-shirt bearing the embroidered logo for "Alien vs. Predator" and "20th Century Fox". Did he bother to mention it? Noooo. Neither did Garth over at Dark Horizons. Those JERKS.
Cameron to direct? Damn, it just might be the best friggin sci-fi movie of all time. -

Anyone, remember the Freddy vs. Jason rumor? Okay then we'll all remember that it was 'supposedly' close to being made...now we can only look forward to Jason X...the piece of shit that it's going to be. Well then, now we have an ALiens vs. Predator rumor...ha,ha,ha yeah alright. First we'll have to sit through Predator III where Arnold will return and care for a baby predator...meanwhile throughout the movie lines will be quoted from the novel 'Women who run with wolves'...I MEAN COME ON!...I KNOW IT'S ALREADY BEEN SAID BEFORE BUT, HONESTLY WHY TAKE THE TIME AND EFFORT TO PRINT PURE AND OBVIOUS BULLSHIT HARRY? IF YOUR SOURCES, OR THE SOURCES OF THE SOURCE, CANNOT BE VERIFIED OR LENT ANY CREDENCE THE DON'T POST THE SHIT!!!!!!. It would be a fuckin' awesome movies though...the Predators would kicks major booty!
But here's what it comes down to.
Freddy VS. Jason=Rumor(Never)
Aliens VS. Predator=Rumor(Never)
any other questions?

Predators send the Alien eggs into Pennsylvania Ducth country where only John Book can stop the monsters with his "English" ways. It's brilliant!
-
Cameron wouldn't do this - remember Spider-Man? He wrote the treatment, then said he didn't want to play in someone else's house, only his own creations, derivative though they might be.
-
this whole thing sounds interesting, but i doubt it will happen. Harry, I'm actually more interested in what you mentioned about Whipped. the preview i saw before High Fidelity had me nearly falling out of my seat at the theater. Looked like it would be a fun flick. Like to hear your review of that one, not too flattering tho it sounds at this point.
-
sounds like a winner to me.
-
this is maybe the most stupid thing I have ever heard. I really, really hope that if someone somewhere is considering making this piece of crap. Don't do it! Why they wanna risk killing off the Alien trilogy with this is beyond me. And by the way I like to see the day when Cameron and Ford does a movie together. Yeah right! That would work...
-
it's rumours like this that make this site lose credibility. What a crock.
-
Hey Harry, I work at FOX, and I just got word that it is indeed going through, but not with James Cameron and Harrison Ford, but rather Chris Columbus and Pauly Shore. Marlon Brando is in talks to play the mother Alien and Sigourney Weaver will reportedly have the predator's baby. Cameron is currently working on Terminator vs. Robocop with Denise Richards and Sylvester Stallone.

Hey Harry, you ought to create a fantasy forum where you can wish that big name directors sign on to direct fanboy projects, starring fanboy favorite actors. You could do this and discuss how cool it could be, and.. wait...sorry you've already done that. Nevermind.

This sounds great! I love the alien and predator movies. Hell I even paid to see the last alien movie few times. But I think this is most likely B.S. Ford wouldn't fit in with this movie very well anyway. But here's to dreaming.

What this site really should do is create a seperate Talk Back section for those people who want to make serious posts. There are some good posts here and there but you need to get past the idiots to read them.

Harry's graphic today, for those of you who have never seen a film made before 1977, is a wry reference to the 1914 silent film Trip To the Moon, which may be the first sci-fi movie. It's effects, while quaint, are still quite ingenious.
-
this seems to be the vacant mental wanderings of some half- wit internet nerd...there's no way in hell these guys would ever work together....it'd be fucking amazing if they did....but lets be real! These guys both have elephantitis of the ego.

Holy f***in shit Batman this sounds amazing. The only part about it that sounds totaly bogus is the Harrison Ford part, i think if u take him out of the equation you are looking at one serious motherf***in movie. Cameron's Aliens is a classic of epic proportions. If this is true then this is one of the most exciting movie developments in years. 15 years of special fx later and the thought of a new Cameron alien movie is simply scary. I just hope its true......

Warning: This question is a lot more fun to ponder if you're stoned.... still, give it some thought. In an all out battle, who would win: The Alien? The Predator? Robocop? The Incredible Hulk? etc? etc?
Only by combining the power of our collective intellects will we ever get to the truth of this very important question. (Note to Todd: No, you can't use The Iron Giant! Besides, everybody knows the only being that could beat The Iron Giant in a fair fight is Galactus!!) -

I can't believe the major studios haven't jumped on board for either "Predator vs. Godzilla" or "Alien vs. Godzilla". Better yet "Godzilla meets Predator and the Aliens". One of these flicks could be just the shot in the arm the Godzilla franchise needs! Throw away the CGI and put Harrison Ford in the rubber suit. Let's see him act his way out of that one. How about "Godzilla vs. Iron Giant" in full CGI? IG would kick serious booty. 5-1 odds.

If anyone believes that James Cameron and Harrison Ford have even the slightest interest in making this film, much less actually doing it, they'll step forward and buy this watch!

--Bruce Campbell for the supporting role?! He could be Number One while Ford stars as Captian of the Enterprise F! Comeon, kiddies, yaz know it would rock! Denise Richards could be the love interst, an' Charlton Heston is the mad B-52 pilot! But Cameron. . .well, I'm afraid he just doesn't have the *vision* required for a musical masterpiece of this epic scale. Instead, Kubrick could direct--waitaminute, he's dead. No! I've got it! LUCAS! LUCAS COULD HELM THIS MOTHER!! But only if Jar-Jar dies horribly in the end. STAR TREK WARS 33 & 1/3: JEDI ALIENS and BORG PREDITORS vs SITH MARTIAN TERMINATORS and THE INCREDIBLE HULK. With cameo appearances by all of the SAILOR SENSHI and THE UNCANNY X-MEN. Budget is set at US$200,000,000,000; filming starts in three months. In Zimbabwe. Aw yeah, baby. Now thats a movie I would seriously pay to see. Voltron was the man(in a two hundred foot tall made of metal kind of way). And how damn ignorant does someone have to be to not know what that graphic is. I think the oldest movie I've ever seen is Sergeant York and I still knew what it is.

I know you don't believe me but this is absolutely authentic and verified. The movie is also going to be produced by John Woo. It is going to star Harry Ford along with Bruce Campbell, Chow Yun Fat, Jet Li, Jackie Chan, Darth Maul and etc. It is going to be Alien vs. Predator but it also has all your other favorites in it. I am talking about superman. X-man. Pokeyman. Powder puff girls. This one has it all. final fantasy. Mortal Combat. There are vampires in this one. Fire fighters. video games. naked gals. everything you guys love. I wrote the script also. It is a very good movie. see ya there gang. p.s. only fooling gang don't pee your panties

This is probably the dumbest, most obviously manufactured piece of horseshit I may have ever read on this site. If you had told me Eminem and Snoop Dogg would have guest appearances in Episode II, I'd be ten times more likely to believe it than this crap. Aliens Vs. Predator. Mmmmmm... maybe. It's possible. They both live in the same house (meaning Fox,) so it's not extraordinarily unlikely. Starring Harrison Ford. Umm... yeah. Right. Directed and Produced by James Cameron. Gimme a fucking break. He's served his time with Aliens. The Predator isn't his creation. What was it he told Premiere Magazine last year, regarding Spiderman? "I do not want to labor in someone else's house." The only slightly valid aspect of the whole thing is that Jim does, in fact, work with Fox, so that's about the extent of the credibility for the whole issue. Give us a break, Fanboy. Keep your geek dream crap off the good sites in the future, okay?
-
Fox has confirmed that "Aliens Vs.Predator" is DEAD and BURIED!!!
in the late 80's early 90's. James Cameron could probably convince them otherwise;but for now it's dead. Oh and another thing; The main reason why Harrison Ford is not committing to any project lately is that so he has the free time to work on "Indiana Jones and the(insert title here)". -
IF Alien vs Predator is mad ewith James Cameron and Harrison Ford Hmm lets see will it be a hit gee let me think. Are all of us who love Alien and Predators prayers answered Oh could be. If this film is made I will forever believe that there is a God. If not well I guess Buddah wont let me down.
-
Fox apparently has no idea how big of a hit they'd have on their hands if they did this movie right. Don't they read these talkbacks? If done right, an Aliens vs Predator movie would easily make over $200 million. Opening weekend alone would generate a lot of money due to people being curious as to how it will be handled and who would win. I know there is a slim chance of this film being made, but surely with all the bad decisions Fox has made in it's entire existence, it can make one good decision and greenlight this automatic blockbuster. I mean, come on guys...we've not had a good crossover movie since King Kong fought Godzilla a long, long time ago. Think of all the publicity it'd generate. Publicity = money. Not only that, if done right, you can jumpstart both franchises again. Personally, I thought they gave up on the Predator franchise a little too soon (part 2 isn't THAT bad really). They need to do something involving this project though. I remain highly skeptical, but I'm gonna keep on hoping that someday this movie gets made. Please, Fox...make this movie! With or without Cameron. Personally, I'd choose McTiernan to helm another Predator flick and this'd be the perfect one. Afterall, he came back for the third Die Hard movie.
-
This message goes out to the dumb fuck who saw a guy wearing a shirt with an ALIEN VS. PREDATOR shirt and the FOX logo on it.... THAT ISN'T NEWS!! That's desperate hopefulness coming from a complete retard. Get your facts straight: 1.) There is an ALIEN VS. PREDATOR video game from Fox Interactive 2.) THAT SHIRT WAS FOR THE FUCKING GAME!!! MORON!!

Dear AICN and everyone,
Like many, MANY others, I am a strong fan of the Alien series. When I was barely past 10, I saw snippets of "Aliens" at a friends house. Being that young and seeing this creature nearly rip out of some woman's chest was absolutely terrifying. It took me a few years, but I finally rented it at a local store. It must have been, to me, the greatest film ever at the time. I saw "Alien" and "Alien3" after that and just had to have more.
There was something about the series that I found deeply intriguing. It was unlike any other scifi drama I had ever seen, with realism, real feelings, real emotions, suspense, and this mysterious species that seemed to exist for no other purpose other than to spread itself throughout the universe. And it all centered around one very tough, very determined, and very real woman who wanted nothing more than to destroy them because they had ripped her life away.
Ridley Scott set one hell of a stage for one hell of a story that I truly love. I mean that in the sense that any writer can identify with.
When Alien4 came out, I was sorely disappointed, I'm srry to say. Three truly talented directors and superb writers understood Alien and gave it a very unique life through three chapters. The fourth seemed like just another scifi film. It felt very much like some of the comic book series that have been created out of the series. The first three films feel nothing like any of the comic books.
......
Except two. In my opinion, there are two stories already written that reflect both the Alien series well and the Predator series. These are as follows:
1.) "Aliens Book 1,2,3"
by Steve Perry (Bantam Press, 1992-1993)
As a trilogy, this series tells the tale from the perspective of two alien survivors: Wilks and Bilie. They meet on the brink of a massive alien invasion of Earth orchestrated by the idiot fools of you-know-who. Yep, the corporation, and a crazed CMC general who resembles some twisted vision of Patton. In the third volume, where I think the real meat of the story shows, we find Ripley, without any memory of the Fury prison colony and working as a technician. She is convinced by Wilks and Billie to go on a mission to destroy the aliens once and for all, and save Earth before the alien invasion destroys everything and all human civilization on Earth.
The story would need some tweaking to become another addition to the Alien series, and I personally can't imagine one of these films (except AVP) without Sigourney Weaver in it.
When you write a story, it needs a beginning, a middle, and an end. And if the beginning and middle are really good, then the end had better be good, too. Otherwise, what have you got?
The above series is a suggestion. Maybe it's not the best material to continue or finish the series with, but I think it's a good place to start. If the rest of the Alien series is to be like Alien4, then I already consider the franchise dead. If the story's main character, Ripley (played BY the original actor), is just gone from the series' end, then I _really_ think Alien has gone to its grave.
I have a lot of hope for this series, but I am in no position to influence fox or anyone involved as to how the films should go. I just see the story waning now, and it needs to get back to its roots and begin to come togetehr as the climax draws near. Not just an epic battle. What is it that is going on with Ripley and the Company? What is her connection with the aliens? Who are the other species in the first movie that are 10 times the size of a human? Is the real Ripley really dead and does it really matter? Finally, I want to know the whole deal behind the alien species really is.
These are questions that I think few people ahve even considered. The Alien series is a deep story to me, and I wish, wish, wish that Fox, or Weaver, or Cameron, or Scott, or Fincher, or Giger himself would give it its proper ending.
You can't save an epic with pure action and glitz. You need feeling.
2.) "Aliens vs. Predator: Deadliest of the Species" Dark Horse Comics.
A complex and intelligent twelve-issue series full of twists and turns on every level, and even a few in-jokes, that brings together the humans, aliens, and predators all at once. It is not an epic, but it is a _very_ good story that would make quite a god film. It concentrates on several individual characters closely with many internal conflicts, and in the epic AVP blockbuster that Fox and Cameron may want, this may not be the way to go.
WIth AVP, I just pray that they'll do a good story with good suspense, and execute the whole thing well. Not like Alien4.
This whole message may be just a huge rant of mine on Alien, but somebody has to say it this way, too. And if someone has, then I'm only backing them up.
These films are important to me, and if I sound upset or pushy, then it is because I am. I do not want this series to croak or not fulfill what it is building up to. After three great Alien films and two great films about the Predators, you can't tell me we don't want the mystery to begin unraveling.
Thank you, AICN and everyone, for putting up with me.

You guys aren't serious .
If you talk about Alien vs Predator, the only thing I can do is hope that it's true <
But I doubt that .
However, folks, heard about Fight Club 2 : destruction project ??
No ? Well, the film is still by Dave Fincher, still with Norton and Pitt, the only difference is that the two characters will seperate themselves and Fight 'til
the end .

Alright, let's get off Harry's back here. This could be true, could be bull, he said it's a rumor, Jesus. You guys are whining that this is "Obvious bullshit", and then you're giving bullshit reasons. Ex: Harrison Ford is busy filming Indy IV? BULLSHIT! While Indy IV is signed to be made, Speilburg's next project is called 'AI' with Haley Joel Osment. Check out upcomingmovies.com you might learn something.

Ah yes, and while I'm on it... the guy above me here says "Fight Club 2" Now Fight Club was a BRILLIANT movie, and kick-ass at that. But it was based on a great book, and if they make a sequel w/out a book, and Pitt and Norton SEPERATE, it'll be one of the MOST RETARDED THINGS EVER and will COMPLETELY disolve the effect of the first movie. I HIGHLY doubt they're doing that one...

Then again, is Harrison getting a bit too old to play him? I can't imagine him up against Aliens or Predators.

The Aliens vs Predator film was supposed to be Alien3 and Predat
by punkrawkradical
After Aliens and Predator, immidiate talk went into an Aliens vs Predator, EVERYONE was up for the idea, in fact, there was big talk going around on interviews and talk shows about where this ideas gonna go, whose gonna be in it, what the movie's goal is, where this movie is to lead it's fans...Unfortunatly, a good, serious, non-cheezy, reel action/sci-fi plotline for this movie was far too complicated to work out let alone come by. So instead, they decided to make Alien3 and Predator2, Predator2 sucked so that series is going no where. After Alien3, even more serious talk and hype went around about a chance for an Aliens vs Predator, but this time it was even more complicated to work out a good, non-tomb raider like, non cheezy plotline. Hope was even more quickly lost this time, so they make Alien Res which by the way FUCKING SUCKED and practicaly pulled itself away from all the other alien movies, all except for the tad bit of dialogue ripley shares on how she feels shes encountered these creature before...now theres talk for of course and alien5, got news for you, theres already and offical FOX website being built for it, or atleast they have a reserved domain name for it, go check it out at fox.com, I think alien5 is a big rumor personaly, just more false hope...James Cameron actually said while working on aliens he would love to do a complicated, serious, huge budget action film such as aliens vs pred. i mean seriously, you try and think of a good plotline that takes it all the way to serious reality and non cheezy bull shit like tomb raider, you try and put together a film such as this that can run over 2 hours long...any movie like this, giving the exception of a few movies, that is under 2 hours is just plane fucking horrible most of the time, I HATE 88 min movies unless its THX1138, summa the alien movies, and summa the halloween movies...personally, i think cameron is one of the only people that could pull of an alien vs pred. by the way, universal studios was going to be the studios that made alien vs pred but im not sure now...for now, deny all that you here until you get word from someone WHOSE ACTUALLY WORKING WITH THE FUCKING FILM, FUCK THE PRESS, FUCK THE MEDIA!!!

I would love to see the "Aliens vs Predator" movie on a totally CGI format (just like Final Fantasy). That would rock!!!
