I've just been getting into Wong Kar-Wai's films in a big way. I really adored IN THE MOOD FOR LOVE and CHUNGKING EXPRESS, and the idea that he's doing a martial arts movie - especially the Ip Man story - makes me very happy indeed. The new trailer probably suffers a bit from Mr. Voice, but there's a grace to the shots that looks completely in place with Kar-Wai's work. THE GRANDMASTER opens Stateside this August, and stars Tony Leung and Ziyi Zhang. The teaser looks wet, but impressive. Here goes, thanks to Yahoo! Movies:
