“Cult,” the latest hourlong from “Farscape” mastermind Rockne S. O’Bannon, has lost its following.
Deadline Hollywood reports the series is cancelled and its final six episodes could end up online. Startubg Friday its slot will be filled by repeats of "The Carrie Diaries" and "Oh Sit!"
Even by CW standards “Cult” was a disaster, with one episode hitting a 0.1 in adults 18-49 two weeks ago.
The series launched on Tuesdays with a 0.3 premiere, then was quickly consigned to a Friday Death Slot, where it predictably did even worse.
