Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with today’s Behind the Scenes Picture.

Happy Superbowl Weekend! I have two BTS pics for you since I was lazy yesterday. First up is what I promised for yesterday, which features the famous comedy duo of Laurel and Hardy filming a scene from their 1933 comedy SONS OF THE DESERT. Looks like an old school rear screen projection shot!

Since it’s Super Bowl Sunday and I am in possession of a behind the scenes picture taken during the making of Rudy, how could I not run it today?

It won’t blow your socks off, but here we have Sean Astin and director David Anspaugh sitting in the bleachers having a talk about the film, presumably. I’d like to think it’s a motivational moment on par with the emotional highs of the film… okay, I’m crying. Goddamnit, Rudy…
