This Friday all 13 episodes of the political hourlong “House of Cards” hit Netflix.
The project reunites the “Seven” team of Kevin Spacey (“Margin Call,” “Horrible Bosses”) and A+-list director David Fincher (“The Social Network,” “The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo”). The supporting cast includes Kate Mara (“Iron Man 2,” “127 Hours”), Corey Stoll (“The Bourne Legacy”) and Robin Wright (“Moneyball,” “The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo”).
Beau Willimon, who scripted George Clooney’s quite enjoyable “Ides Of March,” adapts the novel by Michael Dobbs, which I understand also served as the basis of a British series by the same name.
