This is not a huge shock, of course; “Girls” mastermind Lena Dunham was talking this week like a third season was already underway, and series writer-producer Judd Apatow was talking the same way weeks ago.
The next two episodes are great fun, and it's one of the best reviewed half-hours of the season.
