From The Creator Of COUGAR TOWN!! Fox Takes Kevin Biegel’s Sitcom ENLISTED To Pilot!!

Kevin Biegel, whose 1998 Ain’t It Cool review of “Something About Mary” launched his big-deal showbiz career when the Farrelly Brothers read it and hired him, just saw his “Enlisted” sitcom project go to pilot at Fox.

If “Enlisted” goes even further forward, it will be Biegel’s first series as solo creator.

After joining the Farrelly camp, Beigel went on to write for “South Park” and Scrubs” and co-create “Cougar Town.”

Deadline has the premise:

… based on Biegel’s relationship with his siblings and follows three very different brothers working together in the Army at a small base in Florida.

I have met Biegel’s brothers but confess I am unaware of any of them serving in the military. Maybe that part is fictional. I’ll ask.
