Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Mark Millar just tweeted a link to the folks at ComicBookMovie.com who have the first official still from Kick-Ass 2 (scanned by Popculturology) featuring Jim Carrey's Colonel Stars and Stripes, Aaron Johnson's Kick-Ass and the Col's dog, Sophia. The still first appeared in Entertainment Weekly. A still debuted in print? What is this, 1999?!? I'm having flashbacks!

Anyway, I'm quite fond of the first Kick-Ass and haven't read one page of any of Millar's sequels, so I'm going into Kick-Ass 2 fresh. What do you comic fans think of Carrey in costume? I'm a big fan of that dude and can't wait to see him playing around in this nutty universe, but since I'm so clearly a noob when it comes to the character, you'll have to tell him how much it represents the guy from the comic.

Kick-Ass 2 hits theaters this June and I, for one, am very much looking forward to it.
