Seth Rogen Has An 'Amazing' Talk About Weed With Dave On LETTERMAN!! Judd Apatow On CRAIG!! MTV CHALLENGE Finale!! New HOUR, X FACTOR, MEAN IT, SHIPPING & TIARAS!! Herc’s Wednesday TV Talkback!!

Published at: Dec. 19, 2012, 4:36 p.m. CST by hercules

An audience member at the Letterman show just told me Seth Rogen and Dave just had “the most amazing” talk about marijuana for tonight’s show. The Christmas toys segment also apparently turned out really funny.

Premiering tonight:

Black Gold (10pm Tru)

Cheer Perfection (10pm TLC)

Full Throttle Saloon (9pm Tru)

"Survivor" beat "X Factor" last Wednesday.

"CSI," “The Middle” and “The Neighbors” hit season lows last Wednesday, possibly due to the Sandy Relief special that aired on dozens of cable channels.

Not too many “Modern Family” fans stuck around for the Barbara Walters special that followed.

“Amish Mafia” smoked “Chicago Fire”:

Seth talks about weed? There's something new

    by Bobo_Vision

Unless it's an intelligent conversation about why it should be legal and not dumb jokes about it giving him the munchies at 2 am....then it will be pointless. It's time for people to move beyond the silly pot humor and speak intelligently about marijuana.

  • Dec. 19, 2012, 8:26 p.m. CST

I want pot to be legal. But I don't want live where people use it.

    by Raptor Jesus

Pot is for retards. I guess I'm with Professor Farnsworth on this one.... 'I don't want to live on this planet anymore'.

*I want pot to be legal. But I don't want live where people use it.* I think you meant to say, *But I don't want TO live where people use it.*. *Pot is for retards.* It's ok. Smoke a doobie and your grammer will improve ten fold. LMAO

  • They had these contestants unrolling hay bails looking for a pass. Only it's random. Some it took less than half and hour, but a few others were out all fucking night trying to unroll these hay bails. I don't give a shit, that was brutally unfair. . . even for a reality show.

Your grammar isn't so great either given you clearly overlooked "But" being used to start a sentence.

@ wereplatypus, not all challenges are the same

    by jim

But it's challenges like that that gives the game a more even playing field. That randomness can keep the same teams from dominating throughout, which can make a show boring and predictable. Although, if I remember that challenge correctly, it wasn't simply random, but also quite physical. Unrolling bales of hay can be rather tough. Couple that fatigue with frustration and it'd be really easy for a team to miss the clue and move on to the next bale. Teams making mistakes makes the entire race random and unpredictable. I've seen teams in the final legs misreading clues and getting screwed as a result (or making the race much closer than it deserved to be). For me, when watching, I find the worst thing are those teams that have the misfortune of getting the clueless cab driver, or the criminal one. This season had one team go from first to last because they had the bad luck of getting a cabbie who took hours trying to find the correct destination. And another team who lost a passport because the cabbie took off with their stuff. That's something they need to change. Let teams drive themselves when they can, and hire competent, responsible drivers for the rest.

  • I can't wait to see the Super Bowl commercials.

That'd be good for Sid Hudgens

He could then feature Rogen in Hush-Hush Magazine's All-Hophead Issue.

I didn't overlook anything. I do think it is strange that you would presume to know what someone you have never met and know nothing about is thinking. Why would you assume that I overlooked anything? Because I didn't mention it? Are you using your psychic powers? Are your illusions of grandeur that lofty? No, I didn't go all Nazi Grammer Police on someone for a little mistake. I thought their post was funny and my response was a light-hearted one. You, however, try to get all confrontational. Your post does an excellent job of showing what kind of person you are....and that really makes me laugh.

  • Dec. 23, 2012, 3:45 p.m. CST

The idiom you were looking for...

    by 3lemenope

...is 'delusions of grandeur'. And it's spelled 'grammar', with two a's. Carry on.
